We are happy to ship our products to addresses other than the Billing Address on file with your bank. However, we do ask that you contact your bank via the toll free number on the back of your credit card and provide your bank with the Shipping Address of your choice.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all able to add your alternate Shipping Address to your account INSTANTLY.
Under normal circumstances, our Fraud Prevention efforts take just a few minutes. You can ensure that this process goes quickly by making certain that you are giving us the correct Billing Address for your credit card.
Also, please be sure to give us the correct Expiration Date on your Credit Card. Incorrectly entered Expiration Dates are the most common reason why our customers' credit cards are declined.
